Methods of Payment
- First Month Rent + Refundable security deposit due by arrival. Security is returned after the final electric bill, and inspection.

Reservations
There is no guarantee that any RV spot will be held for any person who doesn’t agree to prepay a non-refundable fee of $100; Which will allow the spot to be reserved for 5 days prior to your arrival.
Refunds are not issued for pulling RVs out early in the month-month contract.
