3. Trash – Recycling & Utilities (More Info)

Each RV will be responsible for trash bins, it’s possibly another camper left one behind. Please ask our maintenance supervisor for assistance. Garbage is picked up one a week (Monday) in winter season and Twice a week during summer months. (Monday & Thursday) – Recycling is picked up every second Tuesday of each month.

City Water

Our city water hookup is included in the monthly price; but please conserve water when possible. We have a very high water pressure (60-80psi) – some people tend to use a regulator to lower the pressure. If you are leaving for a couple days; it’s smart to shut off the water. During colder months, RVs may choose to use a heated hose which will allow water service to continue even in below freezing temps.

Sewer Hookup

No dumping tanks at our location; all of our RV spots are equipped with a 3-4inch sewer connection which gets discharged to the city sewer system for treatment. We ask people to avoid flushing wet wipes or anything else that should belong in the trash and not the toilet.  Sewer backups do happen, and RVs will be charged a sewer snake fee of $50 per incident if it happens more than once a month for four consecutive months.
